It may be hot outside but that is not stopping any of our hard working boys to get better for this next up coming season. Not only are the boys working hard so are these coaches. Keeping these guys in shape is key. They do work outs in the weight room form 8am to 9am. The next hour and a half is spent on the practice field.
These kids are some tough guys working out in masks and keeping there teammates safe as well as the coaches. Sharing the weight room with other teams at the high school and making sure the equipment is sterile and safe. So thank you coaches us parents applaud you.
If your child would like to join the Valencia High School Football team it is not to late. The sooner they get to practice the better. Practice begins at 8am daily Monday - Friday. Bring your own water bottle and a mask. Before the school year begins they will need a Physical to be done to qualify to play any sport.
We hope to see some bright new faces ready to continue the fight with the Mighty Jaguars!
